Any individual or company may nominate a candidate subject to meeting the below mentioned criteria:
- The Nominee must be an Omani National in the age group of 25 to 35 years
- The Nominee preferably should be employed at a managerial/supervisory position with minimum 5 years of work experience
- The Nominee should have management aptitude, leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- The Nominee should be able to train, support and encourage team members
- The Nominee should be an employee of the company and should not have any sort of ownership in the company
All eligible Nominees shall be invited for a Management Aptitude Test and notified via e-mail address mentioned in this form.
Please note: Only ONE Management Aptitude Test shall be conducted for all eligible Nominees.
