Following the footsteps of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, for more than a decade, the NTI BizPro Awards have had the honour of not only being the platform to recognize young Omani professional achievers of today, but also serve as a launchpad for the corporate leaders of tomorrow.
The NTI BizPro Awards have been created to encourage talented young Omanis showcase their ability and passion for excelling in their field of work – while making a sincere and positive difference to their teams, their organisations and the society.
NTI has always worked towards positively contributing to In Country Value (ICV). In keeping with this, for the past 11 years, the NTI BizPro Awards continue to be an initiative that nurture human capital and develop young Omani talent, as a part of NTI’s ICV commitment.
To keep alive a robust and fair evaluation process, NTI has partnered with global audit, tax and advisory firm, KPMG as an independent evaluator of the awards process. KPMG is a professional service company and one of the ‘Big Four’ auditors, along with Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
For the NTI BizPro Awards, KPMG follows a multi-level assessment process, testing the aspiring candidates on various criteria, focusing on what it takes to become a young achiever.
