The nomination form can be downloaded from www.ntibizpro.com/nominations. The soft copy of a filled nomination form to be emailed to AE-FMMCTBizAward@kpmg.com Or, the form can also be filled and submitted online on the website.
Submission Deadline: 19 September 2019 for receipt of hard/soft-copy of the nomination.
Submissions made after this date will not be accepted.
